This princess keeps herself busy when her royal husband is away on Valentine’s Day. While Prince William was off on business, Kate Middleton spent her Valentine’s Day doing some charity work. She exuded class as she made her way to different charities including one that she is actively involved in called Action on Addiction. Even though Prince William was away Kate was still getting red roses, but they were from the eight year old son of the woman who runs Action on Addiction. Supposedly Jaqson Johnston Lynch gave her a dozen red roses and a card that said “Happy Valentine’s Day, your Royal Highness. I’m sorry Prince William can’t be here.” Kate charmingly assured him that Prince William had made sure that his lovely wife had a card and some flowers earlier. Kate’s wonderful Valentine’s Day continued as she made her way to some more events.

This royal beauty made her way to Liverpool’s main thoroughfares where she felt all of the love radiate from the crowds that were gathered there. Keeping it elegant and simple, she was seen wearing a long brown wool overcoat, black tights, and some suede pumps. The Duchess of Cambridge was presented with more cards and flowers that she accepted from her ecstatic fans that were in the crowd. It was reported by Britain’s Mirror that after the brown overcoat was seen on the slim body of Kate, it sold out in under an hour. There is no doubt that the royal family hasn’t seen fashion like this in quite some time! The CW has just renewed the successful modeling competition show for a 19th season. The 18th season looks promising, as it revolves around the theme of “The British Invasion”. This theme will feature British models playing for the title against American models. Of course you will see the radiant Banks as resident judge with a few of her friends from the fashion world. As the new face of Giorgio Armani’s beauty, fragrance and skincare campaigns no one should expect Megan Fox to look anything but plain gorgeous but, surprisingly enough Fox revealed in the March issue of Miami Magazine that she doesn’t always feel beautiful. The actress told the magazine that she “was never the pretty girl”, and described her teenage self as abrasive and obnoxious. She went on to say that she often felt like a loner especially because her interests weren’t main stream. She had a fascination with ancient civilizations and loved to go on digs, sometimes she would even like to uncover government cover-ups saying “Come on! Even though Fox might believe that her interests might be a little on the odd side I’ve always been one to believe that uniqueness adds to beauty and that is definitely the case with her. The actress who is now married to Beverly Hills, 90210 star, Brian Austin Green is soon going to appear in the ensemble comedy Friends With Kids featuring others such as Kristen Wiig, Jon Hamm, Maya Rudolph, Chris O’Dowd, Jennifer Westfeldt, Adam Scott and Ed Burns. About the cast Megan said that she’d rather be with good people in a movie than the other way around. She also added that she always likes “to choose something different than what I’ve done before”, which would probably explain the variety of movies and TV shows that she’s featured in. Megan Fox definitely is an actress where’s there’s more than meets the eye especially with her casual and cool personality which matches her style perfectly. She’s casual with a touch of glam just like her Ray Ban aviators.

After four weeks of rumors flying around about the most famous guidette being knocked up, it’s finally been confirmed that Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi is indeed pregnant. US weekly reported the news that the star is 15 weeks pregnant and is also engaged to the father of the baby, Jionni LaValle. The newly engaged couple who first met on the show Jersey Shore are both fully aware that many haters might be thinking that neither of them is prepared.

In response Snooki stated “I have different priorities now” and that she “doesn’t care what anybody else thinks. As long as I know I’m ready and he’s ready”. LaValle also added that “we are not going to screw this up”. Their responses do sound promising and Snooki seems to already be thinking motherly thoughts when she said she was worried about the fact that she’d been drinking on New Years. Although Snooki’s pregnancy was surprising news to some, it wasn’t the first big news that she announced. Back in January she reported to People Magizine that Jionni LaValle is “the one so the rings gonna come soon”. And you best believe that Jionni was well aware that he would be buying a big rock the minute he decided to put a ring on it.  He should know that he shouldn’t expect anything less from a true guidette like Snooki who replied that “He knows it should be big, ’cause if it’s small, I’m saying no. Like, ‘Get another ring!’”.After all Snooki will have to have an amazing ring to match all her animal prints and Christian Dior Shades.

Ashley Greene is one of several rising stars to come out of the Twilight movies.  Her startlingly beautiful eyes and easy personality make her a sought after star.  Her dating history proves it too.  She’s been with like Chace Crawford, Jared Followill (bass player for Kings of Leon), and even Joe Jonas.  She plays Alice Cullen in the wildly popular Twilight movies.  This Florida native is not known for dressing up, which is a relief to those of us who like to see people in something other than unreasonably expensive ballgowns at every event.  While elegant, she describes herself as a tomboy and took martial arts lessons as a girl.  That attitude follows into her fashion choices, and we see her here wearing some very down-to-earth Rayban aviator shades.

While a tomboy, she does know how to walk on the wild side.  She recently told Lucky magazine about her experiences filming Butter, a new comedy.  In the movie, she gets to kiss Olivia Wilde, which makes her more lucky than most men!  She didn’t get overly flustered about the role and said that filming the scene was easy and fun, saying that it was fun laughing between scenes.  While filming such a wild role, she has a steady beau in Reeve Carney, who was in the Broadway version of Spider-Man.  Romance doesn’t keep her from work, which she seems to focus on more.  She’s branching out from the Twilight movies into roles with stars like Tom Felton (of Harry Potter), Miley Cyrus, and Demi Moore.  You can even see her on the ABC hit show Pan Am.

Who are the Kardashians?  If you don’t know the answer to that, you must have been living under a rock for the past few years.  Even if you aren’t a fan of these, famous for being famous, socialites, their images are plastered everywhere, their fashion choices are watched, and they made insane amounts of money.  The money comes from a slew of reality shows, designer clothing line, endorsement deals, a prepaid debit card, perfume, and pretty much anything else they can sink their manicured claws into.  Their choice of sunglasses is even monitored and copied, so it’s no surprise to see Khloe here wearing a pair of hot Gucci sunglasses in a casual rectangle frame.  The Kardashians wear a lot from this mainstay designer who has outfitted the richest and most posh celebrities for years.

Now that Khloe Kardashian is headed to Texas, where everything is bigger, she’ll likely dress down more to fit in with the local culture.  Don’t expect to see her shopping at Walmart though!  She’ll probably take advantage of the label’s more conservative clothing since she’s a working woman now.  Khloe announced to her fans that she’ll be returning to radio.  Her first radio stint came while she and her sister were in Florida filming a reality show.  The new radio show will air on Mix 102.9 everyday at noon, and it will last for an hour.  Despite only working an hour a day, she’s the only one of her sisters to take a real job.  The reality shows have kept the other sisters in the lap of luxury, though I’m sure Khloe’s husband Lamar Odom will be happy to get away from the cameras for awhile.

 

Those cute Gucci sunglasses Khloe is wearing are hip right now, coming in a casual rectangle framed American style.  It’s a surprise to see a luxury Italian designer delving into such a casual arena, but we aren’t complaining.  Italian quality leather goods are staples at Gucci, but their sunglasses have really taken off.  At a few hundred dollars a pair, they are the most accessible thing next to handbags in the brand’s line.  That means if the average person is going to pick anything up with a Gucci label on it, it’ll probably be eyewear.  These cater to the hipster set with a vintage look that reminds us of the “Wayfarer” sunglasses by Rayban that were featured in the Blues Brothers movies so long ago.

 

This departure from the luxury look is thanks to the hipster set and those who love the vintage look.  Vintage items have taken over in the past few years, and the best luxury designers are pairing vintage styles with modern cuts and fabrics to create amazing and artistic pieces.  As old and respected as Gucci is, this just means dusting off some old patterns and rethinking their shape and style.  The original shoulder bag, now called the “Jackie” because of it’s connections with Jackie Kennedy, is now the inspiration for the New Jackie line.  The bamboo bags made during the war because of materials restrictions imposed under Stalin are the inspiration for the New Bamboo line.  The old designs were rethought and retooled for modern use.  Their sunglasses are following this flow, marrying old frame styles with new materials.

In one of the first outings since her divorce was announced, Heidi Klum was seen out and about in a messy ponytail and Chloe sunglasses, doing a little shopping.  There are so many on again- off again couples in Hollywood that it is sad to see a long term couple like Heidi Klum and Seal split up.  It seems they are divorcing in the most classy way that one can.  No mud slinging here, there hasn’t yet surfaced a tell-all magazine article, cheating scandal, substance abuse problem, or any of the normal fodder that surfaces during a celebrity break-up.  It would seem that both of them are just quiet people going about the sad business of ending their marriage and protecting their children.

 

These days, seven years of marriage with very little in the way of scandal is rare, even in non-celebrity society.  Let’s face it, divorce is still very standard among everyday citizens that don’t have every shopping trip and outing photographed.  The rate across the board is over 50%, so making it work for 7 years with a heavy travel schedule and demanding work might seem like an overwhelming victory for anyone in that position.  Heidi and Seal have four children together, one of which is from a previous relationship of Heidi’s.  They seem to be mostly focused on shielding the kids.  The separation was a surprise to a lot of people, who saw the couple as strong and solid.  They even renewed their vows each year as an anniversary tradition.
